Welcome!
Thank you for looking at my site. Here's a bit about me and the jewelry I make.
My name is Monica. I started making jewelry at a seemingly random suggestion. At first I thought it would be a passing hobby, just like all the other crafts and arts I had tried since childhood. I needed something to do while recovering from complicated foot surgeries, so I gave jewelry-making a chance. I started out my making beaded necklaces. By the time I was able to go back to my full time job and walk, I "graduated" to wire-wrapping and pearl knotting. I found an instant affinity to wire-wrapping jewelry. For the first time in my life (and despite a career and education in technical engineering fields) I started to consider that I actually had some artistic ability.
Recently I've been working on some new techniques, and learning to make filigree. So when you come by to visit the site again, you'll be able to check out my new products.
I create each piece with all the love and passion I have for my craft. I hope you like what you see.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Also, see my Etsy store for more products.
